Ally Agoglia
Social Impact Coordinator
With a background in social enterprise, international development, and philanthropy, Ally comes to Neimand Collaborative with a deep commitment to and belief in the power of social change. She joins us from Social Impact, a consulting firm dedicated to measuring and evaluating international development programming, where she led external communications. Her past work spans multiple disciplines from campaign programming at Oxfam America, to direct service provision to newly arrived refugees and immigrants in Boston. In her work at Neimand Collaborative, she aims to bring a lens of equity and accessibility.
While receiving her B.A. in International Affairs from Northeastern University, Ally’s studies led her to learn Greek in Thessaloniki, co-create capacity strengthening projects for nonprofits in Lusaka, Zambia, and consult with micro-entrepreneurs through the TSIBA business school in Cape Town, South Africa.
Driven by her Californian sense of adventure, in 2024 Ally followed the mountains calling her name all the way to Denver. Beyond her desk, you can find her exploring the breathtaking Rocky Mountains on skis or playing a spirited game of pickleball.
